Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. A NTC thermistor operating at 150°C can operate reliably. Optimal reliability requires a minimum temperature of -80°C for NTC thermistors. Power set by NTC thermistors is 75mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
