Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. It is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package for your convenience. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. A temperature setting of -40°C~125°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors are designed to operate reliably at temperatures below 125°C. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C without compromising reliability. In the NTC thermometers, 200mW is the maximum power setting. A NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating 200mW of power.
