CMX655DQ6-REEL Overview
Due to space constraints, it is supplied in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Voice-Band. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 1.75V~3.6V. It receives a voltage of 1.75V~3.6V as its supply voltage.
