DC95F302Z Overview
NTC thermistors are packaged as a Bulk. It is included in the Bead package for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors must have a resistance tolerance of ±0.2°C in order to function correctly. Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. A NTC thermistor operating at 150°C can operate reliably. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -80°C for reliability. There is a maximum power setting of 75mW set by the NTC thermistors. Typical NTC thermistors operate with a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
