EC95F103W Overview


In the package of a Bulk, NTC thermistors are contained. In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package Bead. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±0.2°C. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C in order to ensure reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 70°C. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -80°C without compromising reliability. To make NTC thermistors work, the 2 pins must be connected. A NTC thermistors can set no more than 75mW power. Typical NTC thermistors operate with a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
