In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~105°C. Temperatures of 150°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. At -40°C, NTC thermistors are reliable. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 25mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 25mW.
