NCP15XH103F03RC Overview


It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0402 (1005 Metric) package. To make NTC thermistors work the resistance tolerance must be ±1%. If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. As a prerequisite for the NTC thermistors to function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. A component such as an electronic component can dissipate power of 0.1W. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW to operate. A NTC thermistor can have a maximum current of 310μA without too much damage to the fuse element.
