NPA-600B-10WD Overview
It has been included as part of the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package in the interest of convenience. For reliable operation, the transducers should be set at -40°C~125°C. The transducers are capable of operating with a supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Temperatures up to 125°C can be reached by the transducers. It is not possible for the transducers to operate below -40°C. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to this electronic component. Transducers working with 1.5mA supply current can function normally. For it to work, the transducers should release 5V voltage. It is recommended that the DC voltage be set to 5V so that the transducers can continuously operate at their rated ambient temperature. Transducers can be operated at a maximum voltage of 5.5V. In the case of transducers, the minimum supply voltage is 2.7V.
