To save space on the board, RF transceiver IC has a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. RF transceiver's mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.Advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability.48 pins are on the transceiver RF circuit board.A frequency of 2.4GHz is used as the basis for operation.
