NTCS0603E3103FHT Overview
Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. I have included it in package 0603 (1608 Metric) for convenience. NTC thermistors are required to have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to function. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~150°C to ensure reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of 150°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -40°C. As a prerequisite for the NTC thermistors to function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. As a result of NTC thermistors, there is a maximum power setting of 125mW.
