PDB-C103-I Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. Without light, a photodiode has 65pA current.
