PDB-C502-FCF Overview
In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 100V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 45pA current even if no light is provided.
