PDR-V463 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. The photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety protection. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 100V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. There is 10pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
