PDU-C111Q Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-8 Hermetic packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 30V voltage. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 30V for the photodiodes. Photodiodes exhibit 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
