Currents with RMS currents are defined as currents with an average strength, regardless of their direction, and they are measured by their RMS current (Irms).In order for the device to operate normally, the RMS on-state current should be maintained at 0.8A.The maximal repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) is the maximum voltage that a diode can sustain in reverse-bias mode.During the 'ON' state, the holding current (hypostatic) can be 5mA, as it is the minimum current which must pass through a circuit for it to stay in the 'on' state.Insulation effectiveness can be determined by the leakage current, and its maximum leakage current can be 0.1mA.
