TK95F202V Overview


A NTC thermistor comes in a Bulk package. The package Bead includes it for convenience. Typically, NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C. Temperature -80°C~150°C should be set on NTC thermistors for reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of 70°C allows for reliable operation of NTC thermistors. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below 0°C. There is a maximum power setting of 75mW set by the NTC thermistors. The maximum power dissipation of NTC thermistors is 75mW.
