TK95H303V Overview


In the package of a Bulk, NTC thermistors are contained. The Bead package contains it for your convenience. To make NTC thermistors work, the resistance tolerance is ±0.1°C. NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. For NTC thermistors, 70°C is the maximum operating temperature. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors should operate at 0°C as low as possible. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 75mW. The maximum power dissipation of NTC thermistors is 75mW.
