DS1004Z-4+T Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1004 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL are the terminals. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. Delay Lines provides all the benefits of its subcategory. In order to ensure flexibility in operation, 5V is provided with a power supply.
