DS1004Z-5 Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1004 are universally preferred. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. It is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configuration. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines.
