DS1005M-250 Overview


The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C.
