DS1005S-250 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1005 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided.
