DS1005S-250+ Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. Terminals are located at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. The CMOS/TTL family contains this key active component.
