DS1010S-125 Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. 10 taps/steps are configured. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1010 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. The minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.
