DS1010S-500 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. The taps/steps are configured with 10. At DUAL, the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 16 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.75V as a minimum. It is acceptable for it to operate at the maximum voltage 5.25V.
