DS1013-30+ Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. By using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred. A terminal is located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 14 termination. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. If the minimum supply voltage is 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable to operate it. The CMOS family contains a significant amount of CMOS.
