DS1013-50+ Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Through Hole technique. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. DUAL is the location of the terminals. As a result, it is equipped with 14 terminations for unique configurations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.75V as a minimum. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate.
