DS1013M-12 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. With the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 5V. As a mounting method, the technique Through Hole is used. 1 taps/steps are configured. DUAL is the location of the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. A supply voltage of 4.75V is sufficient for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. There are a number of active components within the CMOS family. The combination of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT with other specific characteristics makes it ideally suited for a wide range of applications.
