DS1013M-15 Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. With the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. There are 1 taps and steps configured for it. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. The compound is a key component of the CMOS family. As a result of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT and other specific characteristics, it is well suited for a wide range of applications.
