DS1013M-30 Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C.
