DS1013M-40 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. It is mounted using the Through Hole technique. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred. Terminals are located at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate.
