DS1013M-75+ Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. DUAL is the position of the terminals. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds.
