DS1013S-30 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. At DUAL, the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed.
