DS1013S-60 Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By utilizing the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 5.25V.
