DS1020S-50+ Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. 256 taps/steps are configured. At DUAL are the terminals. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. As part of the CMOS family, there are several active components.
