DS1023S-500 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 256 tap/step configuration is provided. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1023 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. The system is equipped with 16 terminations for a unique configuration. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. Delay Lines provides all the benefits of its subcategory. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It is provided with flexible power supplies to enable 5V to operate in a variety of conditions. The design of the device is based on the use of 16 pins.
