DS1033Z-20 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. There are 1 taps and steps configured for it. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1033. At DUAL are the terminals. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. The supply voltage of 3.3V is provided when operating. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. If the minimum supply voltage is 2.7V, it is acceptable for it to operate. This device is designed with 8 pins arrangement. It is a key active component of the family of CMOS/TTL. To ensure proper operation, an operating temperature of 70°C should be maintained at all times. As a rule, the minimum operating temperature should be kept at 0°C in order to ensure optimal performance.
