For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C.
