DS1040Z-B50+ Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1040 are universally preferred.
