DS1100LZ-100 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L. At DUAL are the terminals. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. During operation, 3.3V is supplied with a voltage. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. All benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines are provided by this product. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 3V as a minimum. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable. A Surface Mount mounting is used. Pins on the 8 axis are arranged in this design. For specific applications, the supply voltage is 3.3V.
