As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By utilizing the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred.
