DS1100LZ-25 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. In order to ensure reliable performance, 3V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 3.3V is provided. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. It provides all benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable. In order to ensure flexible operation, 3.3V is equipped with a power supply.
