DS1100M-250+ Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Through Hole technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology.
