DS1100M-50+ Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package can be used instead. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. It is configured with 5 taps/steps. DUAL is the location of the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed.
