DS1100U-20+ Overview


The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. By using the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage.
