DS1100Z-200 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology.
