DS1100Z-200+T Overview
In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. It is configured with 5 taps/steps.
