DS1100Z-20/T&R Overview


The product is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 5. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred. Pins on the 8 axis are arranged in this design. A supplier device package is provided by 8-SOIC. Depending on the application, it operates with a supply voltage of 5V. It is recommended to keep the maximum operating temperature at 85°C in order to ensure optimum performance. To ensure optimal operation, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at -40°C. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is supported. A minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is supported.
