DS1100Z-35 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. A terminal is located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology.
