DS1100Z-40 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. 5 taps/steps are configured. Several parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE.
