DS1100Z-40 Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. 5 taps/steps are configured. Several parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
