DS1110LE-200+ Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.7V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. There are 10 taps and steps configured for it. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1110L are universally preferred. The terminals are placed at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 14 terminations for unique configurations. An operating voltage of 3.3V is applied to the device when it is in operation. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V. If the maximum supply voltage is 3.6V, it is acceptable for it to operate.
